Royal Sovereign Stakes

The 2015 Royal Sovereign Stakes is a 1,200 metre sprint race for colts and geldings at set-weights with penalties.

Taking place at the highly prestigious Randwick Racecourse in Sydney every April, the Royal Sovereign Stakes is held on the Sydney Cup Day on Day 2 of The Championships as part of the annual Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival.
